I've seen these protos with the exact same label on the back before and those were the final version afaik. The boards only have 1 EPROM chip. Take pictures anyway, always cool to see

One of my Capcom protos has a red label like that too, but was very different from released. It was either flying warriors, snow bros or tail spin. I can't remember which, but they all had differences.
