Trolls on Treasure Island Proto

I landed a Trolls proto a couple months back, without even realizing it was a prototype when I got it.  The guy said the chips just didn't look like a proto, so it probably wasn't.  Well, I told Hounder about it, and he wanted to see pics anyway...so I sent him some:

...

...

...

Well, both him and daae_norway confirmed it to be a prototype cart.  I then proceeded to check for differences, and found two.  The first one is that whenever you press the B button during a game, you automatically win the level you're playing.  NGD confirmed that this does not occur in the regular release (which I figured but I don't have the public version to check myself).  The second I noticed not too long ago, although I should've had an idea when I saw the troll in the top left of the map...

...

Now, pressing start over each of the four segments does something different.  "I" and "II" are used to switch between player 1 and player 2.  This works even in a single player game.  "EDIT" enters into a Lode Runner-esque level editor.  Pick a spot on the map not already designated to another level and you will be able to create one there!  You can even play it when you finish!  I haven't figured out what "PLAY" does yet, but it probably has something to do with exiting the editor.

So, you ask, what did all this cost me?  You're gonna shit yourself: It cost me a loose cart Super Valis IV from my doubles box, with a shitty back label.  Best part: I got the Super Valis IV cart for free!  Basically got myself a free proto!  Cheesy

Haha, you're funny Jordin Tongue

And Jordan (crap, I know more Jordin's/Jordan's here than in real life) I am planning to trade it, but I know it'll fetch a crapload of money, so I'm gonna hold out for a good trade.  I'm in no rush Smiley
