Almost. The only differences are that there is French and English on the cover. Under "TM" beside the title it has "MC" (French abbreviation), under "Instruction Booklet" it says "Mode D'Emploi," and under "Action Series" it says "Serie D'Action." Back of the manual has the Mattel logo (Mattel distributed NES stuff in Canada), and a bit of French for licensing crap. Inside has English, then after the English section, it has everything in French. Makes the manual twice as thick as normal. I suppose it just depends what you need it for...personal use or resale.
