First pic of gameroom conversion
08. Jan 2007 at 05:50

Well, now that my daughter is off to college, I am turning her room into my gameroom.

Just got my slatwall panels up today as the first thing. So here is the first pic of my project.

www.divshare.com/uploads/files/2007/01/07/33221/gameroom_01.jpg

That is an 8' x 4' slatwall panel, with 10 four foot shelves, which is holding all of my complete NES games. There is one the same size on the opposite wall which is empty right now. But hopefully in the near future it will hold the rest of my NES stuff, plus everything for the otehr systems I own. I'll keep posting pics as I get things done.

I always enjoy seeing others collections, and now am glad I am able to share mine!

There is going to be a sofa bed in there when I am finished. When I told her what I wanted to do, she said, "Yeah! That would be cool!" So she is very happy about the idea, because I have raised her and her sister right, and they are gamers too.  Grin
Besides, wouldn't you want to live in a room filled with nothing but games?

Looks very nice.  I can't wait till I have a full room that is dedicated to just games, man that will be great.  Big screen TV, pool table, all my games, 8 ft NES, 7 ft Gameboy, WOW Shocked  Keep posting pics as it progresses.
