Yeah i read that thread also. It was the Dutch Speedy, not the one we know Speedy_NES.
I never saw a PAL Gyro BB, it  never popped up nor any pics of it.
I think it's a hoax but you just never know, i'll beleive when i see it.

I've seen one of the big box gyromites. There was a selling thread on DP where someone had the box in under average condition (marker). Someone beat me to it at 15 bucks.

Didn't want to make a counter offer at the time because I didn't even consider anything rob. Now i have two boxed robs and I reaaaaaally want it.

I should have a private message with the seller, I'll dig throug later tonight and see what I can find. It should have the link to thread/photos
__________
update... no luck in finding that thread Sad

Ye, afaik ROB didnt even get released in Spain so it seems like bullshit to me hehe. Maybe he saw some guy over there who sold it and assumed it was a PAL version.

Hi!
Yes, I can confirm that - there exists a Pal version from the Gyromite BigBox.
It was released in France (maybe only - I don't know) - above the Gyromite print is printed "game of / jeu de") so it should be a Pal version for sure  Wink

I was wonderin how mutch would be the value of this rare item - anybody an idea?

cheers
nikki

Ye, i know about the normal PAL release Smiley But some guy said a bigbox release (where the box is much bigger than the normal NES boxes) excists as PAL. That i have never seen so i asked.

About rarity, the game itself is very easy to get. Its alittle harder to get it complete, but its not too hard. Not sure about the value, but its something between 10-25 euro for a complete copy, totaly depending on the condition.

I spoke about the BB (not the oposit of small boxes like the black series without stryrofoam inserts) a BB like the one from Stack up - with the ROB parts.
This one exists as a Pal version with the print "game of / jeu de" and 2 round seals of quality at the front. The back side is in English and French.

As much as I know the NTSC version got only one seal of quality and not the mentioned print above "Gyromite".

I'll post some pics when I get a copy  Smiley

Hey NGD!
I supposed that too - but the box where sealed with the smal round and black nintendo sticker (like in FRA ITA AU and UKV usual) - I don't know how it was sold in Canada? I guess shrinkwrapped and without that sticker? Does anybody got a pic of the Canadian version?

And if I remeber it right on the back was Paris and France mentioned. So it should be a French Pal - but we will know for sure when we get pics of it, hehe.

The black sticker where used in Canada too. There was a topic about it here not long ago actually, a member had bought Stack-Up (or was it Gyromite?) and it was sealed with both the black sticker and shrinkwrapped.
