posted this somewhere else but i figured since its a nintendo related question id ask yall aswell...

So my one year wedding anniversary is tomorrow and i bought my wife a pink ds lite and yoshi's island.Im hoping she doesnt hit me in the head with it when i give it to her lol.Actually though she plays some of my old nes games alot and she played ps2 when we had one.She also told me she wants to get a snes and yoshi's island(maybe thats what i should have got her)..i think shell like it.

The question....i dont really know anything about the ds or what games are good or what. She likes Mario games sometimes and tetris. She also plays friday the 13th on nes though and she loved the katamari games for ps2.Is there a hello kitty game? anyhow ..anyone got a recommendation for more games to get her?

my wife really liked zoo keeper for a long time.  It's like bejeweled for the DS and if you can find it, it's cheap.  Lately she's been playing clubhouse games.  With 42 games in the set, that will hopefully keep her going for a while.  If your wife, likes puzzle/card games I really suggest either one of those.  My wife doesn't like the fact that clubhouse games doesn't keep some kind of scoreboard that she can keep trying to do better.  I can't do the online play at home yet, so I don't have a comment there.

The only other games I've really been able to get her into are bubble bobble and the harvest moon series.  I heard that the bubble bobble on the DS kinda stinks, and I haven't had her try the DS harvest moon.  She's still playing the GBA one...

Good luck!  If it's from the heart, I'm sure she'll love it.

You have to get her Super Princess Peach and Animal Crossing.  My g/f loves both of those titles, so do I for that matter.  Cheesy

As soon as I read your first post I was going to suggest Cooking Momma...it's a great game, easy to pick up and very addictive!  You might want to try something like Brain Age as well it keeps  you playing on a daily basis for quite a while.
