The first is a legit Mighty Atom (AKA: Tetsuwan Atom/Astroboy Atom); the second is a pirate, likely SMB3. Then you've got Gradius. And then you've got another pirate: Mickey Mouse: Fushigi no Kuni no Daibouken.

You can use your browser to search for the names of legit games using the product code on the cart at Famicom World. For instance, Mighty Atom is RC827.

EDIT: You know, that Gradius looks like a pirate, too.

Well I have an ebay store and wanted to put these up but would that be illegal since those 3 are pirates? What do you suggest I do with these?

Katiegoo, you can put up the pirates, just don't list them as pirates. Pretend like you think they're legit. People get away with it all the time.
