Finished my game
26. Mar 2007 at 18:42
I started working on a Sudoku game back in November and this morning I burned a revised prototype onto EPROMs and game it to a friend for him to beta test for me.
Anyways, here are some screenshots (taken in an emulator. It looks the same on real hardware)

If anyone on here ends up attending the Game show in Toronto at the end of April, you can pick up a copy. I plan on making a limited run of games for that event.

Since my geocities site only lets me post html files and images, I guess I'll take you up on that offer Martin.
I'm still letting it "soak" for a week. testing it on real hardware.
Once it's finalized I'll send you the ROM, as well as the label image. I might have to make a custom PAL version since I have a hardcoded "60 frames per second" in the timer code and I'm too lazy to implement a detection method.
I'm only planning on making 25 or 50 (we'll see how much soldering I get done).
I'll keep one copy for myself, and sending 3 out to people I "owe".
All the rest will be individally labelled and sold at the Toronto game show at cost (which would be fairly cheap (in the 10 dollar range) if I use existing carts and dont do manuals or boxes. And VERY expensive (well over $30) if I go the other route with custom plastic, manuals, boxes, etc..).
If there are any left, I'll let you guys know.

Great work.
Usually when people start homebrewing, they lose their interest at some point. Nice to see that you actually finished it!
