Has anyone ever played through this game completely?  I finished it a few years ago and was wondering one thing.  In the manual it says there is a secret night time flying mode, yet I have never found it.   I've found codes to unlock all the weapons, extra lives, and stage selects, but no night flights.  Anyone know anything about this?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
