I think I already know the answer I just want to confirm.
Does the SSVB/WCS cart on the Sports Set box exist? (WCS is on top)
I'm pretty sure the answer is No.  


I found a picture on the web of someone's sealed Sports Set and it doesnt have WCS on the top.

No box exist for this game, SMB/DH, or SMB/DH/WCTM. They were all pack in games only. However, a box for SMB/Tetris/World Class Soccer does exist. For the longest time, people thought it too was a pack in only game but the Spanish version (and some other version - Italian perhaps???) has a box:
