Gundam's Service Center Haul
11. May 2007 at 03:10

So I go in at 10am, and I walk in and there was no door leading to the back room. Well I look on the shelf and I se the nes and snes counter testers just hanging out there and some other stuff. Really wasn’t much but I was like ok cool I got some cool stuff. Well the guy comes out and I talk to him and I mention my name and whatnot and he’s like "come on back" I was like okay. So I got back there and he has a big ass desk full of crap and a box sitting off to the side. So I look through it for about 20 minutes or so and I was like ok i'm done. I will take it all.

So the guy that was helping me was ready to call the manager so we can negotiate a price. I said “I wish you guys had some signs man" and the guy looks at me and he says "signage? You want a sign I think we might have one in the back" So i’m thinking to myself "please to god have a sign I would kill for a nice sign" So the guy goes in the back and comes back like 2 or 3 times saying he cant find anything and he mentioned only one more place to check. Well when he wasn’t looking I kept peeking down the long ass hallway where he was coming from and I was kind lurking for the most part. All the sudden he walks out with this neon sign. And he sets it on the front counter. Well this fat guy that helped him find it followed it up to the front and was like "man I want that sign for my kids bedroom." So pretty much this guy was trying to snake it from me.

Well we tested it and it worked great. So we went in the back to call the guy to negotiate a price. Well I called him and was like "I honestly have no idea what to offer, any suggestions?" he said "How does $200 sound" Trying to keep my cool I softly said yah sure that’s fine. But see the thing was, that the guy that I was negotiating the price with had no idea that the guy that was helping me pulled out this sign. All he knew that he was selling was the stuff originally left for me that he already looked through.  (Which was pretty much everything else but that sign) So I paid the man and packed my car as fast as possible and got outta there.  So I walked outta there only $200 lighter and came home with a ton of sweet ass shit.

Wow.  As everybody else already said, that's some amazing stuff.  That sign alone is worth $200 I bet.

Would you be willing to let go the Gamecube service disc, and test disc?
