I doubt that'll happen... I'm pretty sure he just took the money and ran off

I personally would have refunded everything but the shipping on this, you're going to get a really, really bad rep on here if you don't do something about it.  Sure, you didn't know, but even if I didn't know I'd refund because the purchase was obviously worthless.  It would be like selling a used car and saying I don't know how to turn it on, here's the car and the key, oh it doesn't work too bad for you.  No, give me a refund.

that sucks you deserve your money back. Even if he bought it at a flea market which is highly doubtful its his responsibility to check any item being sold especially to collectors sorry to hear about you getting ripped off.

I got scammed out of 400.00 on a Bubble Bath Babes game on ebay and got ZERO dollars back I tried to do everything I could but still no luck
