EEC should be English, i had a cart at home a while ago and can't recall it being in any other language so I'd say that 90% certain.

I have a french at home now if you'd be interested?

EEC is the general Euro pak code. I've just realized that a some of my scandinavian (SCN) releases actually includes an EEC cartridge while box and manual are SCN.
