His name is Kinison:

http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=Kinison

He's another YouTube reviewer, and this guy is just a joke. He's just as bad as AVGN or probably even worse. He really makes my blood boil. NOT ONLY did he say that Star Tropics II sucked, but he also said that Golgo 13, Wolfchild, Ys, and some other good games sucked. I didn't see all of his reviews or play some of the games he's reviewed, but I saw some of them, and he put quite a few good games to shame. He says quote on quote that ALL CLASSIC GAMES except for Rolling Thunder 1 and 2, Super Punch Out, Megaman and Bass, X-Men Mutant Apocalypse, Magical Pop'n, River City Ransom, GI Joe, Duck Tales and Darkwing Duck are bad? Oh my God. I can't even believe this. Is this guy for real? What a joke. He said those were only a few that he liked, but there's probably not much more. I mean, what's he gonna rip on next? Bionic Commando? Bubble Bobble? Galaga? Final Fantasy? Dragon Warrior? RC Pro Am? The Guardian Legend? This guy's pathetic. I hope his reviews get very little notice if no notice at all. I mean, seriously. Somebody should tear this guy a new asshole. That video AkewsticRockR made about jedite that he took down, he should do one about Kinison!

Where does he get the idea that Golgo 13 is poisoned?  And what a bad MIDI rendition of the Cops song at the end! ...

LMAO, I mean, really! Seriously, this guy is a joke. I can't even believe this. Plus how dare he compare Zoda's Revenge to crap like Dark Castle and Friday The 13th! And yeah, he can't sing for shit either.

I checked some of his reviews, it's just plain irritating to listen to this guy. I guess Roth is the best in making reviews, i always enjoy his stuff since it contains tips and tricks also.

I know, really! This guy sucks! Even Silent Rob (aka LeisureSuitGaming) agreed with me that he's really bad. And he's got alot of nerve ripping on TaleSpin too. Oh, and did I mention he blocks almost anybody who disagrees with him?

Sounds just like the typical youtube reviewer.  You know who's great though?  The Spoony Experiment.  AVGN has nothing on that guy.

It's true!

I just got blocked and all of my messaged deleted from his Golgo 13 review.  I never called him stupid or anything.  I just pointed out where he was wrong about the collision detection and then (eventually) actually started discussing the physics of jumpkicks because he didn't like the way they were handled in Golgo 13.

Oh well.  The physics discussion stayed up less than half an hour.

Completely.  I'd show you my comments, but he deleted them.  That's pretty weak.  He then sent me a private message but I wasn't cleared to respond.

He also claimed that inertia and momentum were the same thing, which is crazy because intertia is matter's resistance to changes in momentum.  Oh well.

I still confess to enjoying AVGN myself.  A few of his reviews aren't too good, but I usually get a chuckle out of them.  I think his latest review of Texas Chainsaw Massacre on the VCS is probably his best review so far.

What did he say?

Well, after he deleted all of my comments from the game post board, he sent the followin PM:

<note:  I don't think he had yet looked at the equations I posted when I wrote this.>

Quote:
Arguing momentum isn't the same as inertia is pretty much the same as arguing that mass isn't the same as weight. Sure it isn't the same, but then it isn't really relevant to discuss differences when you're on earth the whole time regarding mass and weight. In a similar way, you're not going to change inertia without changing momentum. The 2 may be different, but the differences between the 2 aren't really that big; you can't have low inertia and high momentum or vice versa can you.

Anyway, I'm really done commenting regarding this and erased all these comments since it goes nowhere and you haven't really proved me wrong on anything other than perhaps the most minor of technicalities. Players get hurt all the time in football and with protection on, which is a sport made by tackling, and you're gonna tell me that it does little damage. Then you say you don't underestimate the human body because a thumb can break a collarbone. There's really nothing else for me to say, (especially considering you used an experience claim which doesn't even mean anything even if it is true due to how many people have experience doing things with poor quality) and please don't reply as it is an fyi if you were wondering why I erased the comments.

He's completely wrong about momentum and inertia.  You have constant inertia, regardless of momentum.  And inertia isn't even quantifiable.

His criticizes the jumpkick in Golgo 13 because at one point Golgo 13's extended leg makes contact with an enemy but no damage is registered.  That's pretty silly, though, because the collision detection in the game is set up so that only strikes register as damage.  Having one's leg extended is not a strike.  Oh well.  He then got on this whole thing about football (American) players flying through the air to tackle people, which is also stupid because that's only done in the movies or during pile-ups.

I also did make an experience claim because I used to be a Tae Kwon Do instructor and have experience breaking (and failing to break) boards with jumpkicks.

Earlier, he had started discussing logic and then immediately messed up at stating the contrapositive of a statement I had made.  There is a formal name in Philosophy for that mistake, but I don't remember it at the moment.

As you can probably tell, it was a very strange argument.
