famicom converter question
08. Dec 2007 at 00:09

i have one of those famicom converter boards that i got out of a copy of gyromite and was wondering if there was a good way to encase it, maybe by cutting up an old cartridge case, so that it would be sturdier to use.  anyone have an idea?

You can just cut a cart short, but the adapter works best if you flip the black 60 pin connector so the tabs are on the bottom. Then the screws don't match a regular nes cart.  I have one that I just wrapped in electrical tape and screwed a game gear handle into the screw holes (to help me get it out of the nes).

You also could remove the top part of the case if you have multiple consoles.
