NES Top Loader A/V MOD?
31. Dec 2007 at 18:00

Someone out there developed an A/V mod for the Atari 2600, I don't have the link anymore, but it was modded in such a way that the inputs here built in as if the console was made that way. It  was quite impressive. The guy offered to have 2600's modded for $15.00 a pop. I was wondering if anyone has attempted to make an AV mod for the Top Loader? I really would like to get off this RF switch with it.

I've done some similar work on a front loader (don't worry, it was already broken). As I recall, I got stuck around amplifying vid signal. The problem is that the signal coming out doesn't match the inputs of a tv so the modulator basically turns it into a broadcast signal. If anyone has the specifics of how to run it analog instead of RF, I'd love it, and I could probably help you out.
