How much for a NES "Action Replay Pro"?

A friend of mine wants to sell me his working action replay pro. i said i'd pay max 15 $, he said not under 30$. does anyone know how much these things are worth today

it's loose and without a guide or handbook or so. he's had it for like 15 years. bu ti mean you can get all action replay codes on the internets now...
