no it's not legal to reproduce, but I doubt you'll be going to jail for buying some of them though Smiley

I'm not sure whether that is accurate, but I can definitely vouch for the quality of the carts from that site.  I have placed a couple orders in the past, and was very impressed with the carts and labels that I received.

Earthbound is such a great RPG, it's a shame it didn't make it to Europe nor the US.
