The book is titled "Lost in a Video Game World - my life in a cartridge" and it deals with my experiences growing up playing video games and my connections to them. Which as I had imagined, and after talking to all the people yesterday, many others can relate to also.

The book is 106 pages. It has 8 chapters plus a foreword, preface and introduction. All of the chapters are started with a poem and there are actually 4 extra poems included in the book.
The book is
