Hey, everyone, just wanted to take the time to advertise my YouTube channel, Nightowl's Game Nest. I'm trying to make it a popular retro gaming channel that focuses mainly on underrated or forgotten games that really should deserve more. Plus, I'll do some reviews or commentaries on the side.

When I first starting the transition from RuneScape to Retro Gaming videos, you can tell I was uncomfortable having my voice recorded and put on YouTube. Then, I did a Holy Diver (NES/Famicom) review while I was recovering from a cold, then I got more self-conscious despite of the pretty good feedback (even Gamester81 commented on the video)!

Now I'm pretty confident behind a headset and I think my channels gonna start kicking off well soon. I'm gonna start putting more effort into the videos so it'd be awesome to get a wave of new subscribers to motivate me some.

I currently have 782 subscribers as of this post with about 28K channel views. My most-watched video is approaching 70K views, though it is a RuneScape-themed one...

It's okay; I have 820+ and I only get a couple hundred views - if that - on most videos.

Same here. I have to hold off on some video making for a while, though, as I'm transitioning into living in a dorm at college now.
