Why did it get cancelled?
To answer your question, I was doing research looking for some people who used to work with the game so I was trying to investigate what really happen to the game and looking for the "true answer" to why this game went unreleased, well I found a guy named "Philip Oliver" he is the executive from the Interactive company (known as Blitz Games) who used to play with the prototype, I did managed to find his email address and I emailed him about the game and this was his reply to my message.
Yes there was a sequel in production but due to the high price and therefore high risk of producing N64 cartridges – our publisher decided, fairly sensibly, that it could not afford the exposure and therefore the game was cancelled.
Shame – as it was coiming on really well.
Philip
He is just an executive who's been around with Interactive Studios since 1990 and he has no work involved with the game but at least he knows something about Glover 2 and he said he was glad I found good memories from it.
So there you have it, I tried my best, I haven't found nyone who worked with the game yet but at least I found the guy who used to play with the prototype long time ago!
