Mortal Kombat Trilogy Killer Instinct Gold Fighters Destiny 2 Mortal Kombat 4 Flying Dragon Rakuga Kids and Super Smash Bros. but most likely their wrestling games (if you count that as fighting) are top over PS1 and Saturn during that era.

i actually like the N64 controller. the only weakness it has is the analog stick which breaks easily. good thing there is a third party replacement out there that fixes this issue. if you want to talk about a horrible controller (design) I think that belongs to the Atari Jaguar.
