Where to buy Famiclones?
20. Nov 2012 at 23:07

I can't seem to find any decent Famicom clones out there for under $30... Does anyone know where to find them (DON'T SAY EBAY OR AMAZON OR A FLEA MARKET) for under 30$? I am specifically looking for ones that are as big/bigger than a famicom original and that uses Famicom cartridges (So no minis and no plug-n-plays) and has an AV-output. I am also not looking for Retro-Duos or any of those. Does anyone know where to buy such clones like these:
http://ultimateconsoledatabase.com/famiclones/esgamepolybox.htm
http://ultimateconsoledatabase.com/famiclones/microgeniusiq701.htm
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYPhxRQqY90
http://ultimateconsoledatabase.com/famiclones/dendy.htm

So these are just a few examples. Does anybody know a website in which I can buy products similar to these? Thanks.

Well you just answered your own question. A famiclone for $30 dollars is more then fair. I think awhile back I was trying to sell mine for that much, but nobody wanted it. It is one of those built in controller games, with alot of unseen roms, that will never get dumped.

However if your talking about an actual game system with a whole box, you can forget about that. Those things are rare, and wild. Because most are home built, and sold alongside the regular console in various markets.

Yeah don't try ebay, try that other webpage
