It looks like a 3rd world cart from India, or an Indian related manifacturing. Keep in mind, the rarity of these things. I doubt they would be new, and all. I would do snoop around the sellers history before making a purchase. The most I paid for a videogame was $200+ but at least it was already rare, and I could take it out of the box and play.
In comparison, $200 is not that much money and that is like $350 dollars comparison right now.
It is up to you but, being the game collector I am, if I could afford to buy a new car, right now, and had to choose. I would buy a $500 dollar car from 1995, like the one my boss owned, and then pay for that.
Again that is almost up their, and how many of these do you come across that are sealed. From the images it looks like the plastic or the box took a beating.
Damn that thing looks new. If It was me, I would realize, I am buying a mini-clone game, and the only reason would be to collect the thing, when we all start using rupees, and yen. Then again I doubt anybody in the langauge speaking world would want one. Otherwise it would be nice piece to my collection, next to my crystal skull.
Other wise all i know this is a sealed game. I would still need more information about the seller. Sealed game nuts are more insane, then we playing collectors, who plays them. I doubt I could open this thing.
