Whats the name of the nes game? (Read 7228 times)

I've played it when I was child, but can't remember the name. The game was about a car (blue if I'm remember correct) that jumps around. It's not a race game. That is all I can remember If someone can remember the name I'll be grateful!

You do not have to kill other cars (if i remember correct); you have to go to the end of the level, nothing special; about the ememys - there are different obsticles but can't remember what.. Thank you again in advance if someone remember the name of the game.
