In development in 1999 by British developer Optimus. A water-themed puzzle game originally intended to be released on PC was going to make its way to the N64. The game was eventually cancelled most likely because optimus was unable to find a publisher.

Very little information about optimus is available, but it could be the Optimus software that eventually became Iguana UK and then Acclaim Studios Teeside (during the N64 days), so this could've been a title to be published by Acclaim... or there would've been another Optimus software company in the UK during the 1990's.
